ROSTA Tensioner
The ROSTA tensioner range provides maintenance free tensioning devices for belt and chain drives.
As belts stretch, they can begin to slip on drive pulleys, generating heat. ROSTA tensioners can assist in maintaining a constant tension as the belt stretches, preventing premature failures and alleviating potential fire hazards.
Roller chains are often required to transmit extremely high loads, and over time will stretch by up to 2-3% of their initial length. ROSTA chain tensioners are able to remove chain slack at very little cost, as minimal tensioning force is required.
