CME offers a range of crusher backing compounds that will accommodate temperature extremes and rapid and extended setting times.
VARIETIES
1. MEGAPOXY Standard (HICB)
Megapoxy Standard has high tensile and compressive
strengths and curing times, which can approach six hours
when combined with Megapoxy Accelerator.
2. MEGAPOXY Easypour (Runny Mix)
In hot climates, some products can harden before filling
liner cavities properly, leading to voids and potential liner
failures. Megapoxy Easypour has a lower viscosity and
reduces problems due to backing hardening too quickly.
3. MEGAPOXY Accelerator
Megapoxy Accelerator decreases curing times
dramatically to minimize downtime.
4. MEGAPOXY Low Shrinkage (57)
For large cavities, Megapoxy Low Shrinkage offers a
lower shrinkage ratio to decrease cracking.
5. MEGAPOXY Bush Lock (W)
Megapoxy Bush Lock for bush locking applications.
