Crushing & Mining Equipment (CME) was established in 1988 by current Managing Director - David Davenport. In December 2008 the company was aquired by H-E Parts International; the world's largest independent supplier of parts, remanufactured components and equipment to the global mining, quarrying and heavy construction industries. Today CME employs around 75 people with the head office located in Perth and branches in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
CME's core business is the supply of world class manganese crusher liners and crusher parts, specialising in the supply of parts for the largest gyratory, cone and jaw crushers. CME's technical people are also adept at designing manganese liner profiles to meet our customers' product requirements and increase wear life.
CME is the authorised dealer and service centre for Cedarapids ElJay and MVP cone and jaw crushers in Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory. In addition, the Company sells an extensive range of second hand crushers and manufactures its own vertical shaft impact crusher. CME's Auspactor VSI range boasts four machines including VS75RR, VS100RR, VS200RR and VS300RR, all versatile enough to handle crushing of a full range of materials.
As the Australian distributor for the Swiss manufactured ROSTA product range, CME supplies a full range of damping elements, maintenance-free vibration and silent oscillation components for your machines and installations. ROSTA is the engineering ingenuity behind CME's own range of motorbases, belt scrapers and impact tables.
CME is the sole distributor of MC3 chromium carbide overlay wear plate within Australia, and supplies wear plate to suit all applications. Recognised as one of the leading suppliers of wear resistant plate for the mining and quarrying industries, CME supplies to some of the largest mining companies in the world.
Screens and feeders complete the product range and CME has a range of screens to suit any application, from 20 x 8 Cedarapids flat screens to 14 x 6 extra heavy duty screens. Primary apron feeders range in size up to 10,000 tonnes per hour and a large selection of vibrating plate, apron, grizzly and belt feeders are available.
Perhaps what distinguishes CME from most of its competitors is that it has an extensive workshop facility for the servicing, repair and rebuilding of crushers and screens. In the event of a catastrophic crusher breakdown there is a good chance CME can hire you a crusher whilst we work around the clock to repair the damaged one. CME can also teach your operators how to get maximum production from the crushing plant, and how to service the crusher properly.
